Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in an unused condition. Please ensure that all original packaging and tags are included.

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow approximately seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Please Note:
● Product Defect or Damage: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept returns.
We may require photos or additional information to process your request.
● Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
● Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, please let us know.
We value your feedback and will work with you to address any concerns.
● Return Shipping: For returns due to the reasons mentioned above, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
● However, if the return is due to reasons such as ordering by mistake or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
